After years of breaking up and making up, a source says newly single Scott Disick, 37, who split from model Sofia Richie in May, has finally convinced Kourtney, 41, that they’re meant to be together. “They had a heart-to-heart,” the source says of the pair, who share kids Mason, 10, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 5.
