Sean Penn and Leila George ’s “Marriage From hell” Is Over!

After a little more than a year of marriage, actress Leila George D’Onofrio filed for divorce from Sean Penn.

“It’s not really a surprise to those who know Leila George , 29 and Sean Penn, 61 — their relationship was volatile long before they made it official. It was the marriage from hell,” a source says of the pair, who wed in an intimate ceremony at home in July 2020 after four years of dating.

“There’s a massive age difference, of course, and they’re both really passionate people. Sean, in particular, can be very intense and self-centered. It was doomed from the start, unfortunately.”
