According to a source, the star is thrilled about the success of her talk show — and plans on celebrating by undergoing a few pick-me-up surgeries over the summer. The American Idol alum, who will move into the coveted daytime slot held by Ellen DeGeneres after her contract expires in 2022, “wants a little of everything. She’s thinking laser treatments, some light lipo and a boob job,” spills the source, adding that a tummy tuck is also high on her wish list.
