Kelly Osbourne posted a selfie showing off her impressive 85-pound (38kg) weight loss on Aug. 3.“Can you believe it?” the former Fashion Police presenter, 35, marveled. Reveals an insider, “After years of fad eating plans and yo-yo dieting, Kelly’s finally realized what works for her. She’s embraced a vegan lifestyle and incorporates weights into her exercise routine, which includes a lot of walking.”
The reality star’s long struggled with her weight but“never wanted to do anything to fix it,” she said in 2010. Adds the insider,“Kelly had to totally change the way she thought about food. She doesn’t obsess about her body anymore and once she stopped beating herself up and started making healthier choices, the pounds came off.”
